Elaine Clarke is a postdoctoral associate in the LifeSPAN Autism Lab at Rutgers University. Her research and clinical work focus on autistic adulthood, with particular emphasis on daily living skills, well-being, and family experiences. Her work examines how early developmental profiles shape later trajectories and adult experiences for autistic people. She is especially committed to ensuring that autistic adults with high support needs and their families are meaningfully represented in research.
